These pictures show our Crusader fedora made of 100% Beaver felt

Our adVintage Fedoras are made to reach the highest screen accuracy, this is why our Crusader Fedora has the typical mid-wide front, the flat dent on the top and the slighty swooped side brims, as the origial movie hat

Everything we do to create our Crusader Fedora hat, from blocking over sewing and sewing in each trimming to shaping it, is completely done by hand. For this reason the this Fedora is made to order exclusivly for you.

The original Fedora hat used in the movie was made of 100% rabbit fur felt. We also offer our Crusader in 100% beaver fur felt, which is more dense and finer than rabbit felt. If you want to have this hat as screen acurate as possible, choose rabbit. If you are looking for a more noble look, choose beaver. On these pictures you see the hat in 100% fine Beaver felt, Rabbit felt is a bit rougher.

The Hat lining of the movie Fedora was white. If you don't just want to display your Fedora, but also want to wear it, we recommend a slightly shaded color as Cream, Champagne or Old Gold. Because of sweat the white color might quickly become unbeautiful. If you want to, you can, of course, also choose Black of Light Grey as Lining color.

Our Ribbons are real 1.5“ Grosgrain Ribbons made of a Rayon/Cotton mix.

Out sweatband are made of fine Sheep-Leather and are sewed in from the back, so that you cannot see any seam.
